Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not be refunded. In the event of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please notify our team in advance for any such requests.
Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and peaceful environment. Misconduct, including loud noise, illegal activities, or property damage, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
Any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures by the guest will be charged to the guest at the time of check-out. In severe cases, legal action may be pursued. We request all guests to treat the premises with care and responsibility.
Children are welcome at Pyramid Home Devine. However, they must be supervised by adults at all times. We currently do not allow pets on the premises to ensure a hygienic and allergy-free environment for all guests.
